Position Summary
We are currently hiring a dedicated Sleep Therapy Inbound Customer Service Representative – CPAP Resupply Specialist to join our Sleep Central Inbound Call Center within the Murray Operations division. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for sleep therapy patients who depend on arenaflex for their CPAP equipment and ongoing resupply needs. Your primary responsibility will be new order intake, ensuring accuracy in product selection, verifying patient demographics, payer information, and physician details, and delivering exceptional customer service that reflects arenaflex's commitment to patient advocacy and care excellence.
Beyond order processing, you will also provide basic sleep coaching, reinforce proper cleaning and maintenance routines for CPAP equipment, serve as a product expert on various mask interfaces, and assist patients with basic mask fit issues. This is a high-volume, fast-paced inbound call environment where your ability to combine technical product knowledge with compassionate patient communication will make a tangible difference in people's lives every day.
What You Can Expect
- Competitive Pay: Starting rate of $15.50 per hour, plus access to a Monthly Bonus program with potential for unlimited earnings based on performance.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Hybrid Work Flexibility: After successfully completing in-office training and meeting performance expectations with management approval, you will have the opportunity to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sleep Therapy Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring every patient interaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Serving as a patient advocate to resolve questions, concerns, and service issues promptly and compassionately.
- Collecting patient and source information and accurately inputting data into the e-Intake proprietary system.
- Completing thorough verification for all products and services to ensure order accuracy and compliance.
- Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of current Medicare, Medicaid, insurance regulations, FDA guidelines, and JCAHO standards.
- Staying current on arenaflex's full range of products, services, and resupply programs to provide informed recommendations.
- Identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary.
- Making outbound calls as needed to collect additional patient data or follow up on incomplete orders.
- Managing all aspects of initial intake via high-volume inbound phone calls with efficiency and accuracy.
- Processing related patient paperwork and documentation as assigned.
- Processing tickets to ensure timely fulfillment of product orders and resupply requests.
- Maintaining prompt and regular attendance to support team performance and patient service standards.
- Providing basic technical customer service assistance for CPAP equipment, including troubleshooting common issues.
- Educating patients and location employees on CPAP supplies, proper usage, and maintenance best practices.
- Utilizing the e-Intake system to maintain accuracy and quality control throughout all patient interactions and data input.
- Performing other duties and special projects as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
Qualifications
To be considered for employment at arenaflex, candidates must successfully complete the following pre-employment requirements:
- Background investigation (company-wide policy).
- Drug screen (when applicable for the position).
- Basic computer and basic internet skills test, along with a typing assessment.
- Valid driver's license in the state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position).
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- One to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment preferred.
- Strong customer service background, ideally in a call center, healthcare, or medical equipment setting.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Physical Demands and Work Environment
