  • *Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting outbound calls to potential candidates (80% of the role), using your exceptional persuasion and communication skills to engage and motivate them to explore new career opportunities.
  • Performing internet research on LinkedIn and our database (20% of the role), staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our recruitment efforts are always effective.
  • Maintaining accurate records and detailed notes, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our team.
  • Collaborating with our owner to develop and implement recruitment strategies, driving business growth and achieving our goals.
  • *Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with LinkedIn, with the ability to navigate our database and other recruitment tools with ease.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential candidates and drive results.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-up.
  • Ability to work independently, meeting daily targets and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Previous experience in phone sales, customer service, or recruiting is preferred, but not required.
