Customer Service Representative

Adecco is assisting our client, in recruiting for Customer Service Representative jobs in a remote environment. These Customer Service Representative jobs are short term, project based! In this Customer Service Representative role, you will be responsible for handling computer generated outbound calls to shareholders across the country. You will use a simple scripted call flow designed to assist... you in navigating a conversation with shareholders to record the proxy vote over the phone. Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative jobs include but are not limited to: • Handle outbound calls in a courteous manner and professional manner • Update database in an accurate and timely manner after each call • Escalate any shareholder concerns to a supervisor when necessary • Keep management team informed of any shareholder feedback • Meet all targets for Productivity, Quality, Attendance, and Code of Conduct • Keep up to date on Campaign specifics • May be assigned to complete the following tasks • Respond, via email or telephone, to inquiries received via email or internet • Assist trainer in training/developing Proxy Representatives • Complete routine administrative tasks for operations, training, or quality • Assist with quality (monitor and pull calls, etc.) as a “peer monitor” • Accept inbound calls – responds to inbound calls within an acceptable time period in a courteous and professional manner Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Customer Service Representative jobs: • The ability to work from home in a virtual environment, where you will need the following; • USB wired headset with Microphone • Laptop or Desktop with Windows 10 or macOS • Dual monitors a plus • Personal land line or cell phone that can be dedicated during work hours • 10+ Mbps of high-speed internet connectivity (hotspot not acceptable) • Ethernet cable from router connected to computer preferred • A quiet space to work • Strong ability to use technology – search internal databases, navigate multiple screens • Confident, friendly phone skills • Clear pronunciation and ability to present information in a logical/common sense manner • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • A sense of pride and dependability regarding your career What's in this for you? • Part-time evening shifts available • Mon-Thurs 6-11p and Sat 12-6p EST • $17-$20 an hour, weekly pay! • Potential for overtime • Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
