As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in linking talented clinicians with facilities in need, while managing a high-volume pipeline and ensuring quality placements.

Responsibilities

  • Be a connector. Reach healthcare professionals through calls, texts, job boards, social media, and referrals to build lasting relationships and find their perfect fit
  • Build your empire. Create your own book of business from scratch and manage a high-volume pipeline of candidates through every stage of the hiring journey
  • Be a trusted guide. Interview, screen, and advise clinicians while helping them navigate opportunities, negotiate pay, and land positions that match their goals
  • Keep quality first. Verify credentials, references, and pre-hire requirements with precision and professionalism
  • Collaborate and win together. Partner with sales, onboarding, and client teams to ensure every placement is seamless and successful
  • Champion retention. Stay in touch with clinicians, extend contracts, and reassign them to new opportunities — keeping top talent where they belong
  • Lead with positivity. Foster strong relationships with your teammates, share wins, offer support, and celebrate success as a team
  • Deliver world-class service. Provide the kind of candidate and client experience that turns one job into a long-term partnership

Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED required; a college degree is a plus
  • A proven record of success — in recruiting, sales, customer service, or any role where drive and determination led to results
  • Self-motivation and a relentless desire to exceed goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to multi-task, stay organized, and move fast without sacrificing quality
  • Openness to coaching and continuous improvement — because growth never stops
  • Tech-savvy with MS Office and CRM systems; confident using multiple digital platforms
  • A strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability
  • A passion for helping people succeed — and seeing the impact of your work every day
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ year of recruiting, sales, or staffing industry experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology or healthcare roles
  • Phone-based experience (customer service, inside sales, or call center)
  • Consultative or relationship-based sales experience
