Farmer Advisory Services Guide farmers on crop cultivation practices Recommend suitable nutrient management strategies Support farmers in improving crop productivity Crop Health Management Help identify common crop problems Suggest practical solutions for pest and disease management Provide recommendations for better crop growth and development 3. Sustainable Agriculture Support Promote sustainable farming practices Encourage balanced fertilizer usage Support soil health improvement initiatives Farmer Communication Interact with farmers through phone calls and digital platforms Address farming-related queries and concerns Build long-term relationships with farming communities Reporting & Documentation Maintain records of farmer interactions Share field insights and feedback with internal teams Support the continuous improvement of advisory services Eligibility Criteria Candidates with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply: B.Sc Agriculture, M.Sc Agriculture, Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Soil Science, Plant Protection, or related disciplines.
