Key Responsibilities
Lead complex enterprise-level strategy engagements for Fortune 500 clients. Develop innovative strategies related to market entry, portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate development. Conduct rigorous market research, competitive intelligence, and financial analysis to inform strategic recommendations. Advise C-suite executives on strategic direction, organizational design, and capability building. Manage diverse project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction in a remote setting. Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder dialogues to drive strategic alignment and decision-making. Contribute to business development, including proposal development and client relationship management. Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of strategic excellence. Develop and disseminate thought leadership on key strategic trends and challenges.
Requirements
MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a top-tier business school. A minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, strategy, or corporate development, with a significant focus on enterprise-level strategy. Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex, high-impact strategy projects. Deep expertise in strategic frameworks, market analysis, financial modeling, and business transformation. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities. Outstanding leadership, executive presence, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and lead dispersed teams effectively. Experience working with clients across a wide range of industries is essential.
