Position Overview

The Remote Customer Support Analyst at arenaflex will serve as a pivotal bridge between our internal analytics teams and the broader business, ensuring that customer data is handled with the highest standards of security, accuracy, and strategic insight. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Investigation Center Operations: Drive the end‑to‑end execution of the Client Investigation Center (CIC) processes, establishing robust data entry standards for internal stakeholders.
  • Methodology Development: Design, document, and communicate a systematic approach, prioritization framework, and workflow for the CIC to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Tool Architecture & Scaling: Build and scale tools that meet the security and compliance requirements of internal teams handling sensitive customer information.
  • KPI Definition & Monitoring: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success and internal adoption of the Customer Insight Center.
  • Industry Trend Analysis: Stay current with emerging trends in customer behavior analytics, data privacy, and security, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Design, arenaflex Interface, Data Stories, arenaflex+, and Marketing teams to deliver best‑in‑class customer investigation solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and privacy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively recommend enhancements to processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms based on feedback and performance data.
  • Documentation & Training: Create clear documentation and conduct training sessions for internal users to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry, customer analytics, or product management within a technology‑driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of productivity and communication.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for handling personally identifiable information (PII).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with SQL or other query languages.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on customer‑facing B2B/B2C platforms.
