[Remote] Vice President of Global IT Operations

Biz2Credit LLP is seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Vice President of Global IT Operations to lead and oversee the organization's worldwide technology operations and initiatives. This executive leadership role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and efficiency of global IT systems while aligning technology operations with the company's long-term business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global IT operations strategy that supports organizational growth and business objectives
- Lead worldwide IT infrastructure, cloud services, networks, enterprise applications, and end-user computing environments
- Oversee global IT service management, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational excellence across all locations
- Establish and maintain high standards for system availability, performance, security, and compliance
- Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation, automation, and technology modernization initiatives
- Develop and monitor global IT operational KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics
- Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with strategic business priorities
- Lead cybersecurity, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity programs
- Manage global technology budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements, security standards, and corporate governance policies
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing IT leadership teams across multiple regions
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 20+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including senior executive responsibilities
- Proven experience managing global IT operations across multiple countries and time zones
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing, enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, and IT service management
- Experience leading large-scale technology transformation and modernization programs
- Strong financial management experience, including budget planning and vendor negotiations
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or multi-cloud environments
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, AWS, Azure, or equivalent
- Experience supporting rapidly growing or multinational organizations
- Knowledge of international compliance frameworks and information security standards
- Experience managing distributed global teams and outsourced service providers
