About the Role

Our client, a leading innovator in the financial technology (FinTech) sector, is seeking a dedicated Remote Sales Specialist to join their fully remote team. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting leads into new clients for our cutting-edge FinTech solutions. You will operate entirely from a remote location, utilizing digital tools to connect with potential customers, understand their financial needs, and present our product offerings. Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach via phone, email, and social media. Qualify leads effectively, understanding their business requirements and identifying sales potential. Conduct compelling virtual presentations and product demonstrations of our FinTech solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients throughout the sales cycle. Close sales and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to refine sales strategies and provide market feedback. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in FinTech. Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on pipeline progress accurately. Continuously learn about new product features and market opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience. 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FinTech, financial services, or SaaS industries. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Deep understanding of financial markets, banking processes, or payment technologies is highly desirable. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote setting. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and virtual collaboration tools. A strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, technology-driven industry. Dedicated home office space with reliable high-speed internet access is required.
