Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Specialist – Government and Corporate Affairs, you will be responsible for

  • Promoting and Selling Air Travel You'll be the face of arenaflex, promoting our services and products to customers and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Preparing Itineraries and Resolving Customer Issues You'll be the go-to person for customers seeking assistance with their travel plans, including preparing itineraries, computing fares, and resolving customer complaints.
  • Communicating with Customers You'll be the voice of arenaflex, communicating with customers over the phone, via email, or in person to provide exceptional customer service and resolve their queries.
  • Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Developments You'll be responsible for staying informed about new rules, policies, and procedures that affect our customers and communicating this information to them in a clear and concise manner. What You'll Need for Success To succeed in this role, you'll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field A degree in a field such as business, communications, or hospitality would be an asset.
  • Excellent Leadership, Organizational, and Customer Contact Skills You'll need to be able to lead, motivate, and inspire a team, while also providing exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of Native SABRE Familiarity with SABRE, a leading travel technology platform, would be an advantage.
  • Ability to Be Resourceful and Creative You'll need to be able to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions to complex problems.
