We are seeking an experienced Senior Claude AI Specialist to assess organisational structures, operating models, and business processes, and develop AI-enabled transformation strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, and business performance. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a central role in organisational design, business transformation, change management, and Generative AI, with a focus on leveraging Claude AI to drive sustainable organisational change. You will be responsible for: Conduct organisational and operating model reviews. Assess AI readiness and identify transformation opportunities Design AI-enabled business processes and operating models Develop AI transformation roadmaps and business cases Recommend organizational redesign and workforce transformation initiatives Lead stakeholder workshops and executive engagements Support AI adoption, change management, and business initiatives Provide strategic advice on AI implementation and business value realisation Your required experience and skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Management, Engineering, or related field 5 - 7+ years' experience in business transformation, consulting, organisational development, or digital transformation 3+ years' experience working with Generative AI solutions, including Claude AI, ChatGPT or similar Strong background in organisational reviews, process improvement, and change management Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills Positive attitude with a solution-focused approach in all aspects of work Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments as needed WORKING LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS This role works in a WORK-FROM-HOME SETUP and in order to be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate your home working environment is as follows: conducive home office (free from noise and distraction) main internet: wired internet of at least 100mbps reliable back up internet: at least 20mbps speed Additional Information We’re excited to offer a competitive compensation package to the ideal candidate as we launch into an exciting phase of growth and opportunity.
