Job Description

We are seeking a remote strategic and results-driven DX Ducted National Accounts Manager to join our team based in Norman, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our relationships with key national accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our largest clients in the Grocery and C- Store Vertical, developing customized solutions that meet their specific needs while maintaining profitability and market competitiveness. Develop and execute strategic account plans for national accounts to drive revenue growth and market penetration Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at assigned accounts Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and cross-sell complementary ducted products and services Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic recommendations Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clients Collaborate with internal teams including product, engineering, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery Monitor account performance metrics, forecast revenue, and report on key performance indicators to management Manage customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and retention Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market presence Maintain accurate records and documentation in the CRM system for all account activities and communications Qualifications 5+ years of proven experience in national accounts management, strategic sales, or business development Demonstrated success managing large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducted cooling technology, or related mechanical systems (preferred) Excellent negotiation and contract management skills Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and develop strategic recommendations Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals Experience in the commercial or industrial products sector (preferred) Ability to travel as needed to visit key accounts and attend industry events Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with strong work ethic and professional demeanor Additional Information Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans *Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
