Job Description

As a Customer Care Rep for Remotica Airlines, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information regarding flights, reservations, and other services. Your role is essential in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers, reflecting Skillnex s commitment to excellence. Responsibilities 1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat. 2. Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency. 3. Provide detailed information about flight schedules, baggage policies, and other services. 4. Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, and modifications. 5. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions. 6. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments as needed. 7. Uphold Zenvora Airlines standards of service and quality. Requirements 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Previous customer service experience, preferably in an airline or travel industry. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly. 5. Proficient in using computers and various software applications. 6. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
