Job Summary: We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Specialist. In this role, you will monitor patient health data remotely, review biometric readings, respond to alerts, and communicate with patients and care teams to ensure timely intervention and effective chronic care management. This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor patient vitals from remote monitoring devices (BP, pulse oximeter, glucometer, weight scale).
  • Review alerts and escalate abnormal readings according to clinical protocols.
  • Conduct phone or video check-ins with patients to assess status and provide guidance.
  • Educate patients on device usage and encourage program compliance.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate care and manage chronic conditions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
  • Recognize urgent situations and escalate appropriately.
  • Qualifications:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • 1–3 years of clinical experience, preferably in telehealth, home health, or care coordination.
  • Experience reviewing patient vitals and clinical data.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in telemedicine or virtual healthcare settings.
  • Multistate licensure or compact license preferred.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology tools and digital health platforms.

Service Fee: Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise. Hours: US Eastern Standard Time (EST) – 9am to 6pm Why Limitlessli?
