Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Japanese Speaker, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling back office tickets, providing 7*24h online enquiries and email replies services to customers, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Responding to customer enquiries, advising, and suggesting via email or online tools, and providing accurate and helpful information to resolve customer queries.
  • Supporting other business units with customer liaison, accurately documenting customer requests and advices, and providing feedback in the form of documentation.
  • Handling customer complaints, special cases, or ad hoc tasks, and escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, and providing feedback to improve processes and procedures.
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide expert guidance to customers.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative – Japanese Speaker, you'll need:

  • A college degree or above in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or languages.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 at least), with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or E-commerce industry. Recent graduates with a passion for customer service are also welcome to apply.
  • High level of honesty and integrity, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Passion for the customer service industry, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
  • Positive attitude towards the crypto industry, with a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex.
