Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support our senior citizens during the prescription drug open enrollment period. As a remote employee, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, providing exceptional service to our customers while enjoying a positive and team-oriented work environment. This is a seasonal, temp-to-hire position, with the opportunity to be hired permanently after the open enrollment period.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls and assisting with benefit questions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing accurate resolutions to customer inquiries
  • Updating customer records and documenting all interactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Delivering exceptional service with patience and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for our customers
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate and compliant service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Customer service or call center experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable internet and a distraction-free home workspace to ensure seamless communication with customers
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with senior citizens or in a similar customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
