Not boosted posts — real paid campaigns, real audiences, real growth. We're looking for a part-time Paid Social Specialist to own the paid side of @solidgate_tech: build ad sets from scratch, test audiences relentlessly, and turn Instagram into a channel that actually fills our talent pipeline What you’ll be driving Launch and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Instagram to grow followers and brand awareness Build and test ad sets across different audiences: lookalike, interest-based, retargeting Run creative experiments — test hypotheses on audiences, copy, and visuals Track core metrics: CPF (cost per follower), reach, engagement rate, CTR) You’re a great fit if you have: You have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager — campaigns, audiences, A/B tests You understand the full funnel: from impression to follow to application You read the data and act on it — not just report it You don't need hand-holding: we give you the goal, you figure out the way Why Solidgate?
