Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence. You'll engage, consult, and educate members based on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of our plans, tools, and resources. Your goal will be to guide members along a clear path to care, providing exceptional support and guidance every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence

  • Engage, consult, and educate members based on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of our plans, tools, and resources
  • Provide exceptional support and guidance to members, helping them navigate complex healthcare issues
  • Utilize medical terminology and technical skills to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain accuracy and production standards, meeting or exceeding performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, building trust and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Customer Service Call Center Experience

  • Education: High School or GED equivalent

Compensation and Benefits:

* Competitive salary range: $17.00 - $29.88 per hour
