Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Enrollment Adviser/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction for our clients
  • Matching client needs to our products and services
  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Friendly, approachable, and empathetic personality
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a similar role or industry (e.g., insurance, healthcare)

  • Knowledge of our products and services (training provided)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
