Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in multiple languages, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth through effective communication and problem-solving skills. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer interactions, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the development of our customer service strategies.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in multiple languages (English and Spanish)

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information, answer questions, and offer solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and arenaflex's services and solutions
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working with diverse customer bases and languages
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with sales and upselling techniques
