Job Summary

The Customer Service Associate works in support of the store management team to facilitate and perform a variety of tasks that ensure seamless customer interactions and a positive shopping experience. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand values and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of cleanliness and safety - Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments - Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and perform visual merchandising tasks to ensure an attractive store appearance - Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer engagement - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge - Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or food service environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
