Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work collaboratively with our sales team to promote arenaflex products and services, driving sales and revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on promotions, discounts, and other relevant information
  • Utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for customer service and store appearance
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a convenience store or fuel retail environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
