Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and talented Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional phone-based assistance to customers experiencing issues with their remote key devices. Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional phone-based assistance to customers experiencing issues with their remote key devices
  • Answering inbound phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Troubleshooting remote key issues by asking a series of targeted questions to identify the root cause of the problem
  • Providing accurate and timely assistance to resolve customer concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate manager or team when necessary
  • Documenting customer interactions and resolutions in our internal system
  • Participating in ongoing training to stay current on product knowledge, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices
  • Collaborating with team members to share knowledge and continuously improve support processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based support role
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers
  • Proficient in basic computer and internet navigation skills
  • Technical knowledge in general is required, particularly familiarity with computers, phones, and electronic devices
  • Automotive knowledge is a bonus but not mandatory, as training on specific devices will be provided
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
