Job Summary
As an English Customer Service Representative for Car Rentals, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to English-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, managing customer relationships, and striving for customer retention and loyalty. Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customers' inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and management
- Be proactive and positive, with a desire to continuously improve processes and procedures
- Provide and maintain a strong, professional relationship with all customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding
- Strive towards customer retention and loyalty, fully supporting customers to achieve a successful outcome to their inquiry
Essential Qualifications
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great communication and soft skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Good computer skills, with experience in using customer service software and tools
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
- Positive attitude and team spirit, with a desire to learn and grow
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in the car rental industry or a related field
- Knowledge of customer service software and tools, such as CRM systems and ticketing systems
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in Greek or other European languages
