The Role
As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for handling after-hours phone calls and scheduling appointments between customers and on-call technicians. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include:
