Job Summary

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of insurance and financial planning. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and identifying opportunities to upgrade products and services. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
  • Assisting individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products and services to meet their personal needs
  • Responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, and selecting the best solution in an efficient manner
  • Identifying additional needs customers may have and helping them to upgrade products or services
  • Maintaining and following strict personal privacy for customer information
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High speed internet access (>15 mbps)
  • Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam
  • Ability to maintain and follow strict personal privacy for customer information
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • High school diploma or equivalent (with education, more is better)
  • Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evening and weekend hours based on project needs
  • Consistent demonstration of mental stability and ability to have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales
  • Familiarity with insurance products and services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
