SEO Specialist – Fully Remote

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated SEO Specialist to join The Elite Job team in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities:

Perform keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.

Collaborate with content creators to ensure that all content is optimized for SEO and aligns with overall marketing objectives.

Optimize on-page elements such as titles, meta descriptions, headers, images, and URLs.

• *

Monitor website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, and provide actionable insights.

Build and maintain high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority and search rankings.

Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Analyze competitors SEO strategies and identify areas for enhancement.

Generate monthly reports to track SEO performance and adjust strategies as necessary.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role in digital marketing.

Expertise in keyword research tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Moz).

• *

Proficient in using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and SEMrush.

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred but not required.

In-depth understanding of web analytics, ranking metrics, and SEO best practices.

Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights to drive SEO strategy.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

• Experience:

A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.

This is a fully remote, full-time position.

Flexible working hours with core collaboration hours between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM (GMT).
