Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Seasonal Customer Support Representative to join our team on a temporary, seasonal contract basis. As a representative of arenaflex, you'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries via phone and email, providing updates on current account status, and helping customers navigate our sign-up process. Responsibilities:

As a Seasonal Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Providing updates on current account status and helping customers navigate our sign-up process
• Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
• Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer support and exceptional service delivery
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our services and industry trends

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A pleasant phone voice and excellent communication skills
• Phone experience in a call center environment (preferred but not required)
• Strong multitasking skills and a passion for research and learning
• Energetic and positive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Proficiency in using technology and software applications (training provided)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role or call center environment

• Knowledge of property taxes or related industries (not required but a plus)
• Fluency in multiple languages (not required but a plus)
• Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools (not required but a plus)
