The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients and their students. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing best-in-class customer service to students and alumni through inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and text communications
  • Utilizing our CRM system to efficiently manage customer interactions and resolve technical inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating demographic and contact information as needed
  • Adhering to federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
  • Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

Training and Development

As a new hire, you will participate in a comprehensive training program, which will take place over the first two weeks of employment. Training will be conducted Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm CST.

Education and Qualifications

* High school or equivalent (required)

  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (desired)
