Experienced Information Investigator – Advanced Data Analysis and Insights for arenaflex's Direct-to-Consumer Business

About arenaflex's Information Investigation Team

Our team utilizes data, statistical modeling, experimentation, and various tools to help our business clients make informed, data-driven decisions. We're dedicated to better understanding Pack patterns supporters, and client behavior end-to-end by providing support across experimentation, analysis, and comprehensive reporting. In this role, the Information Investigator will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data Science, Data Operations, and other teams to not only provide high-visibility insights on Pack growth, but also become a trusted thought partner to our colleagues, helping to shape procedures.

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Information Investigator to join our Pack Trial and Error and Examination group. As an Information Investigator, you will work closely with business leaders to identify the most pressing business challenges on Pack patterns and drivers, and develop insightful solutions to address these questions. You will also help create a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all colleagues have a steady stream of Pack intel. Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate intimately with business leaders to define the most pressing business challenges on Pack patterns and drivers and develop insightful solutions to address these questions

• Help create a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all colleagues have a steady stream of Pack intel
• Perform comprehensive pattern analyses, assessing the contributions of drivers from every conceivable angle
• Define and investigate audience segments to drive Pack growth
• Cooperate with other Examination groups to understand and leverage all relevant Pack information from different sources, integrating insights into a cohesive, meaningful story
• Develop and maintain complex data models, statistical analyses, and data visualizations to support business decisions
• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Essential Capabilities

* Four-year college degree in Information Analysis, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field of study, and/or equivalent work experience

• At least 3 years of hands-on analytical work experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to linear and logistic regression, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation procedures
• Skill in managing large datasets, interpreting data patterns, and utilizing a variety of data sources and tools
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and to organize findings into actionable recommendations
• Ability to think critically, analyze and interpret market and customer data
• Knowledge of creating, executing, and analyzing complex A/B/MVT test builds

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services

• Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Marketing space
• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, including Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+
