Job Overview

As a Live Chat/Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing support to our customers via live chat and phone calls. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a remote setting and develop your skills in customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and phone calls in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' concerns - Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues - Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher - Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher - Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less - Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Previous customer service experience is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or psychology) - Experience working in a call center or customer service environment - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software - Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
