Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be the face of arenaflex in our Rolling Meadows branch, providing exceptional customer service and support to our walk-in customers. You'll be responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit and other banking products and services, and processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

• Understand and educate customers on consumer deposit products, including features, benefits, and eligibility requirements
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
• Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Basic Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales

• Cash handling skills
• Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services

Exempt Status

* Non-exempt (eligible for overtime pay)

* $21.00-$24.00 Hourly
