Key Responsibilities:

As an Online Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely, professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Utilizing advanced technology and tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or online environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, particularly in the retail or e-commerce industry

  • Familiarity with Arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
