Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries of varying types, including sales, support, and retention-related issues
- Utilizing probing question skills to actively listen and resolve customer concerns
- Meeting sales targets and managing objections to reduce churn
- Collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Working with leading technologies and systems to deliver exceptional service and solutions
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
What We Offer:
* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
- Flexible scheduling: 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)
- All technical equipment needed to be successful to work remotely

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- A driven and problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in customer service and sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
Requirements to Work from Home:
To ensure a seamless and secure remote work experience, you will need to:
- Have a quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
- Have excellent Internet connectivity:
+ Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!) + In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
- Use a Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, to download our app for company communications
- Note: Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
