Overview: Park Group Solutions (PGS) is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and performance-driven Digital Advertising / SEM Technician to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, understands the mechanics behind paid search, and enjoys actively optimizing campaigns to improve measurable results. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, Google Merchant Center feeds, and conversion tracking, with the ability to identify opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve performance across multiple accounts. Experience with Skai (formerly Kenshoo) is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and Shopping campaigns
  • Manage and maintain product feeds within Google Merchant Center
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify optimization opportunities
  • Conduct keyword research, bid strategy adjustments, audience targeting refinements, and budget pacing
  • Write, test, and optimize ad copy to improve CTR, conversions, and overall campaign performance
  • Troubleshoot feed disapprovals, tracking issues, policy violations, and campaign delivery concerns
  • Implement and maintain conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, GA4, and related platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights through reporting and dashboards
  • Collaborate with internal SEO, web development, creative, and account management teams to support campaign strategy and execution
  • Maintain organized account structures and ensure campaigns follow platform best practices and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Merchant Center and Shopping campaigns
  • Understanding of SEM strategy, bidding methodologies, audience targeting, and optimization techniques
  • Experience with GA4, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and related reporting platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Skai (Kenshoo) or similar bid management platforms
  • Automotive or dealership marketing experience
  • Experience working within eCommerce or retail advertising environments
  • Familiarity with feed management platforms such as DataFeedWatch or Feedonomics
  • Basic understanding of HTML, pixels, conversion tracking, and tagging implementation
  • Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, or CRO strategies

  • Improved campaign performance across KPIs including CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, and lead quality
  • Clean, accurate, and well-maintained account structures and product feeds
  • Proactive identification of optimization opportunities and performance issues
  • Consistent, data-driven reporting and communication with internal teams
  • Strong execution across multiple client accounts with minimal oversight
