What You'll Do
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting our Recruiting area in various projects, including:
- Identifying and initial contacting potential candidates for our searches
- Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
- Managing notices in different job portals and evaluating candidates who apply to them
- Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for various searches we have open
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contacting potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve the current processes of the area
- Manage notices in different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for various searches we have open
- Collaborate with multicultural teams distributed across the globe to drive business growth and success
Essential Qualifications:
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Skills and Competencies:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
