Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service through chat and email interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering top-notch customer service by understanding and effectively presenting products and promotions
  • Building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and personalized service
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics in customer service
  • Efficiently multitasking and navigating through multiple systems during each interaction
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 2 minutes

  • Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues on the first interaction 80% of the time
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): Handle customer interactions within 5 minutes

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection
  • Basic English writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Location: Remote work online from the United States
