Responsibilities

As a Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound phone calls and responding to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Performing outbound calls with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Creating service tickets and scheduling appointments accurately to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Reviewing customer account information to provide personalized support and recommendations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support and recommendations
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales performance

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First-call resolution rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer satisfaction rating: 90% or higher
  • Sales performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Service ticket resolution rate: 95% or higher
  • Average handling time (AHT): 5 minutes or less

Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent email handling skills, with the ability to manage multiple email inboxes and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Strong customer service focus, with the ability to empathize with customers and prioritize their needs
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid sales acumen, with a focus on driving sales growth and revenue
  • Minimum typing skills of 30 words per minute, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Determination to succeed, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Personal accountability, with a focus on taking ownership of customer issues and resolving them in a timely manner
  • Contact Center background preferred, with experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
