Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care division as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to simplify their health care experience. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance your priorities in and outside of work.

Responsibilities

* Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to simplify their health care experience

  • Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
  • Offer solutions to help plan members better understand their coverage and options
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on health care knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Experience working in a health care environment or with health care-related products and services

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 - $27.90
