Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing Inbound Customer Communications: Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consulting on Customer Success: Advise customers on how to successfully leverage our products and services based on their unique needs, ensuring they achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Maintaining Working Product Knowledge: Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Tracking Interactions in CRM: Record customer interactions in our internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter customer data into our CRM system, maintaining data integrity and ensuring timely updates.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 Years Proven Experience in Supporting Client Success: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and supporting client success in a similar role.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to Address Complaints and Issues: A positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Passion for Delighting Customers: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent Time-Management and Prioritization Skills: The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM System: Experience using a CRM system, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, to manage customer interactions and data.
