This unique festival will feature a diverse lineup of music, dance, spoken word, and more, all designed to inspire and uplift our global audience.

Your Role as a Virtual Livestream Event Moderator

As a Volunteer Virtual Livestream Event Moderator, you'll be responsible for engaging our virtual audience, facilitating meaningful discussions, and ensuring smooth communication during livestreamed sessions. Your charisma, empathy, and communication skills will help create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

Audience Engagement:

+ Welcome and energize the virtual audience during live sessions. + Monitor and interact with audience comments in the chat, responding to questions and keeping the energy upbeat. + Share event updates, encourage participation, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment.

Live Session Moderation:

+ Host and moderate livestreamed conversations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with performers and speakers. + Guide one-on-one conversations between audience members and featured guests. + Manage timing and transitions between segments to keep the event on schedule. + Work with the production team to troubleshoot any live communication issues.

Community Building:

+ Foster a welcoming and supportive virtual space where everyone feels included. + Help amplify the festival's themes of self-love and resilience by encouraging meaningful dialogue.

Availability:

You're available to dedicate 5-10 hours per week leading up to the festival and have full availability on February 13, 2025.
