Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Utilizing various software applications to manage customer interactions and data
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or remote support environment)
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace in your home
  • A reliable computer with high-speed internet access (Windows 8.1 or higher and OSX 10.13+ or later recommended)
  • A telephone, landline or cell, for communication with clients and colleagues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including typing and navigation of software applications

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or remote support environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
  • Experience with typing and data entry
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
