Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Updating our internal CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide assistance
  • Informing customers about new offers or services
  • Following up with customers to ensure their pool technical issues are resolved
  • Gathering customer feedback and sharing with technician teams
  • Overseeing the route optimization for technicians

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with the pool industry (a plus, but not required)
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling challenging customers and situations

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the pool industry (a plus)

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and software
  • Experience with social media monitoring and customer engagement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
