Job Summary

As an Experienced Online Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with booking flights, all while maintaining a positive attitude and representing the arenaflex brand effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
  • Assist passengers with booking, changing, or canceling flights
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, policies, and procedures
