Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Presenter to join our team in Fairfield, CT. As a Customer Service Presenter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our players, introducing them to our games, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enthusiastically introduce players to our games and rules
- Deal cards, spin a wheel, and announce winners
- Use quick and accurate handling of cards
- Be professional, presentable, and confident in front of the camera
- Follow policies, procedures, and techniques for each game
- Provide exceptional customer service to our players

Qualifications:
* No experience needed!
- Must be 18 years or older
- Basic customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- All qualified candidates must be available for open shifts
- Must qualify for CT gaming license (provided by arenaflex)
- Successfully complete pre-employment drug & background checks
- Must be able to maintain professional appearance standards (guidelines will be provided)
- Read and speak English
