Position Overview: This position coordinates the day-to-day aspects of compliance for our Residential Business. The Compliance Coordinator requires a high level of detail and ability to gather, analyze, and provide accurate and complete information in an organized manner on a variety of product types. It focuses on monitoring and enforcing Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP), maintaining authorized customer records, supporting strategic-account contract and portal administration, and ensuring customer documentation and processes meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements. Primary Responsibilities: Apply the MAP, Minimum Advertised Pricing policy for Shaw’s Residential brands by daily monitoring of the marketplace and applying the set policy for each brand by utilizing a price monitoring software. Assist with building and maintaining the authorized customer database while identifying non-authorized users of Shaw brands and trademarks in our Prowl system Create and maintain internal service level agreements ensuring that these are reviewed and updated quarterly by CX Leadership and aligned with our Residential Strategy. Serve as the Strategic Accounts Records Management Coordinator to assist the Records Management Administrator in creating and maintaining a records management system. Defining and communicating management controls to properly retain records for strategic accounts business and compliance requirements while providing consistent and systematic destruction of those records once retention periods have expired. Analyzing Contractual agreements for all Strategic Accounts within our ONIT system. Serve as an administrator of strategic account customer portals to ensure compliance with customer requirements. This would include assisting the team with customer portal issues, researching missing data, completing customer documents, and uploading assets into their portals. Assist with ensuring compliance with company and customer requirements relating to legal agreements, claims management, order fulfillment processes, customer product packaging requirements, product specification data and digital assets, and EDI / B2B transaction processing. Review all strategic account customer documents to ensure they are in compliance with regulations and order requirements. Assist with defining and communicating management controls to properly retain records for strategic accounts business and compliance requirements while providing consistent and systematic destruction of those records once retention periods have expired. Provide a method to identify records being retained and allow for more efficient access to those records. Protect confidential, privileged, and vital records Document and create procedures for Strategic accounts as needed. Requirements: High School/GED required Proficient and experienced in Microsoft Office Package required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Business acumen (internal and industry) to understand how to gather and present needed data, Ability to work within Shaw systems (Shaw Online Live, Salesforce.com, GLink, Widen, etc.) Must communicate well both verbally and in writing. Preferred: Salesforce Bachelor's degree This is a fully Remote position, but must work on Eastern Standard Time.
