Cox Media Group is searching for Billing Specialist I This is a 8 Month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs. Shift/Hours Monday - Friday; 40 hours per week Atlanta, GA (Remote)

- Review and analyze Sales contracts and orders in Salesforce
- Process contracts accurately and in accordance with billing policies
- Partner with Sales and Sales Operations to resolve quote discrepancies or contractual questions
- Investigate and correct errors related to pricing, terms, or product configuration
- Ensure billing data is complete, accurate, and ready for invoicing

- EST time zone
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous experience with contract review and processing
- Ability to work between 8:00am EST - 6:00pm EST
