Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Job Management: Monitor incoming jobs from start to finish, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met. Maintain accurate records, including job tickets, and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Make judgments and discretionary decisions that impact production, resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Collaboration: Attend scheduling meetings, communicate with coworkers, and provide support to other Customer Service Representatives as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information, job tickets, and production schedules.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that customer-supplied components are available on time to meet production schedules, and communicate any changes or issues to customers and internal teams.
  • Training and Development: Participate in on-the-job training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications

* Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and discretionary decisions.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
