The contract will be for a fixed period of 6 months with the possibility of extension. Responsibilities: Contacting customers by phone or e-mail, regarding their feedback about the company's services; Resolving complaints and challenges from customers, redirecting the situation to the head of the department or another department when necessary; Improving relations with customers and their loyalty through interaction on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram); Review Hunter – searching and responding to comments or reviews posted on the internet. Requirements: No experience is required, though 6 months of experience in a similar role would be an advantage; Romanian and Hungarian at an advanced level (written and spoken). Knowledge of the English language is a plus. You should like talking to people (by phone and e-mail), it should be easy for you to talk to your new colleague. Enjoy interacting with customers, even the difficult ones. Be patient to explain and help even the one who "understands" more difficult. To know what the sense of duty means, to be calm only when you know that you have finished your work. You are self-motivated, you get over a failure quickly, you just learn the lesson.
