Position: Remote Outpatient Therapist (LICSW / LPCC) – Minnesota Compensation: $82,000/year Schedule: Full-Time (40hrs) | Monday–Friday | CST hours Two Shift Options – Choose What Fits You: Day Shift (8am–5pm CST): Adolescents & Adults (Ages 15+) Afternoon Shift (12pm–8pm CST): Children, Adolescents & Adults (Ages 6+) Make a Meaningful Impact - From Home! We’re currently hiring a full-time LICSW or LPCC to provide virtual outpatient therapy through one of our Minnesota-based partners.

What You'll Do

As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll: Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide outpatient therapy for a range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, trauma, SUD, and mood disorders Collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, peer support, crisis services, and other wraparound resources More About the Role Setting: 100% Remote | Minnesota-based outpatient care Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/wk (Day or Afternoon Shifts) Patient Population: Day Shift: Ages 15+ or Afternoon Shift: Ages 6+ Caseload: ~5-6 sessions per day Appointments: Follow-ups appointments are 60 mins Why Iris Telehealth? Qualifications: Active LICSW or LPCC license in Minnesota (required) Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) preferred Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels Telehealth experience preferred (experience with SmartCare a plus!)
